Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to purchases of courses, digital services and consulting services provided by Skailand Consulting Nordic ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

An agreement is considered concluded when you have completed the payment process and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of capacity issues or technical errors.

All prices are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards. Invoice options can be arranged for business customers – contact us at [email protected].

Online courses are delivered via video conferencing. Meeting links are sent to the email address provided no later than 24 hours before the course starts. In-person courses are held at the stated location in Rogaland. Skailand Consulting Nordic reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient registrations (fewer than 3 participants) and will offer a full refund or a new date.

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for service purchases. This right lapses if the course starts within the 14-day period and you have consented to this at the time of booking.

All course materials, presentations and content provided by Skailand Consulting Nordic are protected by copyright. Materials are for personal use only and must not be redistributed, sold or published without written consent.

Skailand Consulting Nordic is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service.

Disputes will be attempted resolved amicably. Norwegian law applies to all agreements made with Skailand Consulting Nordic.
