Cancellation deadlines – courses

How to Cancel
Send your cancellation to [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at booking. Cancellations are valid from the time we receive your email.
Date Changes
You may switch to a different course date free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts, subject to availability. Contact us at [email protected].
Cancellation by Us
If Skailand Consulting Nordic cancels a course, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days. You will also be offered an alternative date at no extra cost.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after an approved cancellation and will be returned to the payment card used at purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law. See also our terms of purchase.
Special Circumstances
In cases of illness, accidents or other documented force majeure situations, we will assess refunds individually. Please contact us as soon as possible.
